Back Orders:
Despite our best efforts owing to the popularity of certain items, we may occasionally have a shortfall in supply. If this occurs we will notify you immediately and place your order on 'back order'.
Returns & Refunds:
At Frangipani Rose Design and Ginger Rose Design, our garments are manufactured to the highest quality standards. All garments are checked for colour fastness and shrinkage. Please be aware that certain garments require special care due to the delicate nature of the design. Please note many of Ginger Rose Design garments are individually designed and therefore there may be slight differences in use of trimmings or fabric prints.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note the item must be returned in its original condition with tags and in an unworn state.
However should a manufacturer's fault appear after normal wear and the correct garment care procedures have been followed, we will gladly exchange it or issue a credit voucher or refund.
Please note that you are liable for the original delivery (postage and handling) charges and your own return freight costs.
